What did a Saturday night out on the town sound like a hundred years ago?

On Saturday, July 11, we're winding the clock back to the Jazz Age as the Meteor Time Machine presents The Victor Ballroom!

Spend the evening dancing to the music of the 20's and 30's, from ragtime and early jazz to foxtrots and hot dance bands. Throughout the night, we'll be spinning authentic vintage 78 RPM records on a century-old wind-up gramophone, giving you a chance to hear these recordings exactly as audiences did generations ago.

Whether you come to dance, marvel at the talking machine, or simply soak in the music, it's a chance to step into another era for an evening!

Admission is by donation, with proceeds supporting the Pelee Gramophone Museum in Leamington. We'll also be inviting attendees to register for an upcoming guided visit to the museum.

Vintage attire is encouraged (but absolutely not required)!
